The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the planning, integration, and customer coordination of services and amenities used by building occupants.Responsibilities:Evaluating amenity spaces and services, collecting requirements from owner and tenants through a structured and collaborative process, and making recommendations for improving and optimizing shared conference and meeting spaces, including audio/visual and technology solution enhancementsProviding audio/visual, technology and concierge support for conferences, meetings, events, and forums, integrating services from across multiple providersCoordinating and scheduling through other representatives and/or service providers the use of building amenities and shared spaces, including but limited to multiple shared conference rooms, the hearing room, and the auditorium.Overseeing continual demand and capacity analysisDeveloping service descriptions, procedures, and tenant guidanceDeveloping performance measures for amenity servicesRequired Experience & Skills:Four years of logistics, tenant services, concierge, a/v & technology, workplace services support.Experience coordinating multiple organizations and time-sensitive actions.Strong documentation and customer service skills.Salary Range: $60,000-$85,000. Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and certifications. Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government.
