Job description
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is seeking an Americas Head of Business Development (Sr. Director Level) based in Los Angeles, CA. You will lead franchise growth and development strategy across the Americas, building a robust pipeline and overseeing non-traditional channels to drive unit growth.
You will report to the Head of Americas and shape long-term franchising plans, working cross-functionally with operations and brand teams to maximize sales and maintain brand standards.
