Job description
Momentive is seeking an Americas Compensation, Global Recognition & Mobility Program Leader to implement global compensation programs in the Americas, advise HRBPs and leaders, and co-lead research and development of base pay, market pricing, incentives, and international assignments.
The role requires strong analytics, financial modeling, and the ability to influence senior leaders across a global manufacturing organization.
