Job description
Bloomberg L.P. in New York is seeking a senior leader to own the Americas benefits portfolio, including health and welfare, retirement, wellbeing and time away programs. You will act as the face of U.S. benefits, coordinating with HR, Finance and Legal, while guiding strategy and vendor partnerships.
You will lead a team of six, drive governance, and ensure market-competitive, sustainable programs across the Americas. This is a high-visibility role with broad impact on the employee experience.
