Job description
Cytiva, part of Danaher’s life sciences portfolio, seeks a Senior Director, People Partner Americas to lead the HR team across the Americas and drive people strategy, engagement, and culture. This onsite role will influence leaders, partner with COEs, and scale HR programs with a focus on inclusivity and associate experience.
You will work with HRBPs, COEs, and Shared Services to deliver scalable, compliant execution and modern HR practices.
