Job description
The People Operations Leader, Americas at Enpro directs HR services across the Americas, including the U.S., Canada and Latin America. You’ll lead a team of about 8, shaping policies, programs, and lifecycle execution to enable business strategy.
You’ll partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, HRIS, Legal, and site leadership to ensure compliant, high-quality service while scaling the operating model for growth. Charlotte, NC is preferred, with US-based remote candidates considered.
