Job description
Howden is seeking a Head of Real Estate for the Americas, based in the US with a hybrid schedule. You will lead the corporate real estate strategy across North and South America, partnering with executive teams to optimize locations, workplaces and services to support growth.
The role requires extensive CRE leadership experience in the Americas, strong stakeholder management and a track record of delivering major office projects, with responsibility for governance and cost optimisation.
