Job description
On is seeking a Senior Lead - Real Estate Manager to drive strategic expansion and portfolio management across the Americas, leading site selection, lease negotiations, and transaction execution for retail and workplace environments.
You will report to the Director of Real Estate & Development, AMER, manage broker networks, analyze markets, and partner with Sales, Marketing and Retail Operations to ensure sites support omnichannel growth and premium brand positioning.
