Job description
MCC is seeking a Sales Director - Americas to lead the regional commercial strategy and execution. You will guide a remote sales team across the Americas and LATAM, manage a strategic key account, and report to the Chief Commercial Officer to translate global strategy into regional success.
You will drive growth by expanding market share, strengthening customer relationships, and collaborating with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to deliver go-to-market excellence.
