Job description
Bal Seal Engineering seeks a Director of Sales for the Americas to grow revenue and market share across the U.S. team. You will lead field sales, nurture existing accounts and build new revenue streams in Medical, Aerospace and Defense sectors.
You will mentor a nationwide sales force, partner with Marketing, Engineering, and Operations, and drive disciplined execution and forecasting to meet ambitious targets.
