Job description
IRCA Group seeks a Senior Marketing Manager, Americas to shape and execute regional marketing for assigned segments of the portfolio. You will connect market insights with sales, culinary, product, and R&D to drive growth and create customer-facing campaigns.
The role requires moving fluidly between strategy and execution, building category plans, and leading innovation priorities. Chicago onsite three days per week is expected.
