TE Connectivity’s Energy BU seeks a Manager I Technical Sales, Training Operations - Americas to shape and scale a regional training organization that strengthens customer capability, improves installation quality and safety, and supports commercial growth. Hybrid role in Raleigh/Fuquay-Varina with 3 in-office days weekly.
The role requires 8+ years in training, strong leadership, and experience in building curricula, delivery models, and fee-based services.
