Job description
Aligned Talent Acquisition is seeking a Private Equity & Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorney for its Dallas office on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of private equity, M&A, or corporate transactional experience at a sophisticated law firm and is adept at handling complex deal work.
Candidates should have experience representing PE sponsors, portfolio companies, and strategic buyers, and be capable of leading deal teams from LOI to close while managing client interactions
