Job description

12-hour shifts -- days (7am - 7pm) and nights available
No back-to-back 12-hour shifts resulting in 24 hours of patient care
Average daily census: 12 - 15 patients; weekdays busier than weekends
Critical access hospital -- inpatient setting
Tele-intensivists available for ICU patient consultation
Procedure support from ED, Radiology, Cardiology, and CRNAs
Swing bed program -- hospitalists assist with these additional patients
Common procedures: thoracentesis, LP, intubation, vent management
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
