Job description
Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead the end-to-end Analyst and Associate experiences across Banking. You will oversee performance management, compensation, career development, engagement, promotions, and manager capability.
You will partner with HR, Recruiting, Legal, and business stakeholders to drive mobility within NAM, provide career coaching, manage rotations, and handle immersion and offboarding. Strong Excel/PowerPoint, data handling, and communication are essential.
