The Opportunity:
We are partnering with a leading global financial institution seeking to add Analysts and Associates to its Communications, Media & Telecom Credit team. The team is active across a broad range of debt financing and credit transactions, working with leading companies across the sector and providing exposure to complex, high-profile deals. Responsibilities:
Support the execution of credit and financing transactions across CM&T
Build and analyze financial models, credit analyses, and transaction structures
Conduct industry, company, and market research
Prepare credit materials, presentations, and internal approval documents
Qualifications:
1-5 years of Investment Banking, Project Finance, or Leveraged Finance experience
Strong financial modeling, credit analysis, and valuation skills
Exposure to Communications, Telecom, Media, Technology, or related sectors is preferred
Bachelor's degree required
