Associate/Analyst Asset Management
A market-leading, institutional real estate owner and operator, backed by private equity, with an income-producing residential portfolio across major U.S. markets. Job Description
As the Associate/Analyst Asset Management, you will report into senior asset leadership and play a critical role in maximizing portfolio performance through data-driven insights and execution.
Support the execution of business plans across assigned assets, tracking performance against financial and operational targets
Build and maintain detailed asset-level financial models, including revenue forecasting, expense analysis, and capital planning
Identify and help implement net operating income growth initiatives and operational efficiencies
Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages, ensuring accuracy and variance explanation
Prepare investment and performance materials for internal stakeholders and senior leadership
Partner with operations, finance, and corporate teams to evaluate revenue enhancement and expense management initiatives
Support acquisition and disposition activity, including financial analysis and due diligence coordination

The Successful Applicant
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline
2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, financial analysis, or a related investment role
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation skills
Working knowledge of real estate operations, budgeting, and investment accounting
Experience within multi-family, student housing, or operational real estate sectors preferred
Advanced Excel skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
