Position Description
We are looking for a Payroll Tax Specialist to handle payroll tax related mail management, company registrations and other administrative tasks.
Roles Responsibilities
• Payroll Tax related Mail Sorting onsite and other administrative items.
• Helping in company registrations.
• Payroll Tax Notice research and resolution.
• Account Numbers research, clean-up and updates.
• State, Local, Unemployment and federal tax registrations.
• Adhoc items - as needed.
Skills
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in SharePoint, ADP SmartCompliance.
• Experience in multi-tasking and strong analytical skills.
• 2+ years experience in US Payroll Tax.
Education
• Associates Degree
• Verifyable High School Diploma or GED Required
