nnJOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
nWorks with senior analysts and functional managers to define scope and objectives of a wide variety of projects.
nnJOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
nAssigned larger portions of project work and provided with latitude to define scope and objectives of own analysis. May develop initial policy recommendations.
nProvides leadership to junior analysts related to quality control and data consistency.
nReviews functions and structures of business area to avoid overlapping and duplication.
nManages data documentation using a consistent methodology and nomenclature to ensure that analyses are preserved for future use.
nPerforms and leads quality control analysis to ensure accuracy and rationale.
nWorks within the scope and framework of larger projects defined by senior analysts.
nMaintain Access databases and create reports in PowerBI.
nProject Leadership & Analysis
nnnLead data analysis and research projects for regulatory, customer service, and operational initiatives; define scope and objectives with autonomy to drive recommendations

nnManage high-impact analysis including rate reviews, compliance calculations, complaint resolution, and executive reporting
n
nnProvide mentorship to junior analysts on quality assurance, data standards, and process documentation
n
n nStakeholder & Operations Support
nnnSupport customer-facing and regulatory initiatives including complaint resolution, legal coordination, and executive communications
n
nnDevelop and maintain critical reporting infrastructure using Access databases and PowerBI dashboards
n
nnCoordinate cross-functional projects including service reporting, compliance tracking, and operational planning
n
n nQuality & Continuous Improvement
nnnLead quality control reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across analyses
n
nnManage documentation standards and data preservation for organizational knowledge
n
nnWork with senior leadership to optimize processes and eliminate redundancies
n
n nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
nMinimum education required of the position
nBachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related field required or equivalent work experience. Desired: Master's Degree.
nMinimum experience required of the position
nAnalyst II: 2-4 years of professional experience.
nAnalyst III: 4-6 years of professional experience.
nAnalyst Sr: 6 years of professional experience.
nMinimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position
nAnalytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI.
nDesired knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position
nPython, SQL, Google Analytics, Power Query, Google Analytics, Json
