Job description
The Quality Registered Nurse Analyst evaluates and helps improve the quality and safety of patient care, with focus areas such as stroke and sepsis. This role reviews clinical data and care processes, collaborates with physicians and staff, supports performance improvement projects, and may occasionally provide direct patient care. The nurse also assists the quality director with department goals, education, presentations, and regulatory preparedness.
