Job description

Kymera Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director of Analytical Development to advance CMC analytics for our small-molecule degraders. You will lead method development, validation, and impurity control strategies, partnering with CDMOs and internal teams to ensure Phase 3 readiness and eventual commercial capability.

Applicants should have a PhD in Analytical Chemistry or related field with 10+ years in CMC analytics for DS/DP, and a track record in regulatory writing for NDA/MAA.
