Job description
Tinder is seeking a Manager, Analytics to lead the Data Science & Analytics team supporting the Integrity space. You’ll manage three scientists, set analytic strategy, and remain hands-on to drive high-stakes investigations, measurement, and experimentation.
You will partner with Product Leads across four pillars, shape roadmaps, and translate complex safety data into actionable recommendations for leadership, while maintaining data fidelity and scalability across processes.
