Check out our job openings and advance your career with a company that values its team members!**Location: Beechwood, Ohio Days: Monday - Friday Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Full-time: Benefit Eligible**Sonic Healthcare USA anatomic pathology practice, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and strategic growth of our laboratory and pathology services. **In this role, you will:** * Lead day-to-day operations across multiple laboratory and pathology practice locations.* Develop and implement operational strategies that support growth, efficiency, and profitability.* Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and oversee financial performance.* Supervise and support managers, technical staff, and operational teams.* Partner with physician leaders and senior management to achieve business objectives.* Evaluate staffing needs, optimize workforce planning, and support employee development.* Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies.* Monitor productivity, quality assurance programs, and operational performance metrics.* Collaborate with corporate departments including Human Resources, Billing, IT, and Sales to resolve operational challenges and support business initiatives.* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare organizations, and business partners.* Support growth initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and enhance market presence. ## Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Health or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience.* Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in healthcare administration, laboratory operations, or a related healthcare environment.* Proven experience managing budgets, staff, and operational performance.* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.* Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and accreditation requirements preferred.* Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. **Scheduled Weekly Hours:**40**Work Shift:****Job Category:**Laboratory Operations**Company:**Aurora Diagnostics LLCSonic Healthcare USA is an equal opportunity employer that celebrates diversity and is committed to an inclusive workplace for all employees.
