Job description
FirstHealth of the Carolinas, Inc. is seeking an Anesthesia Technician/Technologist to play a critical role in supporting anesthesiologists and nurse anesthetists. Responsibilities include coordinating supplies and equipment for procedures, performing maintenance and troubleshooting on anesthesia machines, and assisting in patient procedures such as intravenous line placement.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of medical equipment, strong critical thinking skills, and effective communication abilities. Certification and accreditation in anesthesia technology are required, along with a commitment to continual education.
