nPosition Overview:
nResponsible for the care, maintenance, and functioning of equipment and supplies used by the Department. Assists the Anesthesiologists in the provision of direct patient care as requested. Provides assistance to the nursing staff through the provision, maintenance and functioning of medical equipment.

nEDUCATION
nnnHS Diploma: High School or General Education Diploma. or equivalent education/experience
n
nnOther: Minimum two years college.
n
n nCERTIFICATION & LICENSURE
nnBLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
n nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:
nn1 year requires basic experience as typically acquired in a similar environment.
n nSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
nnnKnowledge of principles/applications of aseptic technique; care/maintenance of Anesthesia related equipment; care/maintenance of surgical equipment.
n
nnKnowledge of english language w/ written and verbal communication skills.
n
nnAbility to prioritize and problem solve
n
nnInterpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
n
nnBasic Computer skills
n
nnAbility to effectively demonstrate inventory control

nPay Range is $55.45 to $77.63 / hour
nThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
