Assists with surgical and procedural cases requiring anesthesia by preparing, maintaining, and troubleshooting anesthesia equipment and supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patient care.Department: OR Procedural Materials ManagementLocation: Englewood, NJStatus: Part-time (24 hours minimum) benefits eligibleHours: 3p - 11pJob Qualifications:Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Anesthesia Technician in an acute care hospital, surgical services, or procedural settingKnowledge of anesthesia equipment, supplies, monitoring devices, and airway management toolsAbility to prepare, clean, maintain, and troubleshoot anesthesia equipment and related suppliesFamiliarity with infection prevention, sterilization, and patient safety standardsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, nurses, and surgical teamsAbility to lift, move, and transport equipment and supplies as requiredEducation Requirements:High School Diploma or GED requiredAssociates Degree preferredCertification:Certified Anesthesia Technologist (Cer.A.T.T.) or Certified Anesthesia Technician (Cer.A.T.) credential preferredWhy join Englewood Health? The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources. Minimum rate: $17/hour
