Anesthesia Tech
Join our team as an Anesthesia Tech and play a vital role in supporting patient care during anesthesia procedures.
What You'll Be Doing
Assist in the care of patients undergoing anesthesia by preparing equipment and ensuring cleanliness
Communicate continuously with anesthesiologists and other staff to meet their needs
Operate the cell-saver machine and participate in advanced surgical cases
Ensure anesthesia equipment is in good working order and perform preventive maintenance
Assist in the development and implementation of in-service training programs
Perform troubleshooting and set up of anesthesia equipment
Provide backup support to the shift supervisor as needed
What We Need To See
Current BLS certification
At least two years of experience as an Anesthesia Tech
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
Certification by the American Society of Anesthesia Technologists or other recognized certifying body
Four-year college education with related technical training
Two-year college education with technical training and two years of experience
