We welcome all healthcare professionals to join our thriving community and contribute to our pursuit for clinical excellence.Department:Job Description Summary:Position ResponsibilitiesChecks, maintains, and prepares all related anesthesia equipment according to policy and instructions for use (IFU) including but not limited to anesthesia machines, EKG monitors, defibrillators, etc.Cleans, checks and stocks all anesthesia carts daily.Reports any deficiency or fault in operation immediately to Supervisor/Anesthesiologist.Maintains a clean and orderly anesthesia supply room at all times.Assists anesthesia personnel as deligated including but not limited to blocks, central lines, etc.Functions as a preceptor to new employees.Inspects all equipment and reports any deficiency to supervisor and Biomed.Orders and maintains appropriate supply inventory.Troubleshoots anesthesia machines when necessary.QualificationsLicense/Registration/CertificationCPR certification required.EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Experience1 year anesthesia tech experience required.
