HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking a BE/BC General Anesthesiologist to join the growing team at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville, Florida—less than one hour north of Tampa.

Opportunity to teach and mentor residents in an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology Residency Program
Established ACT model with 12 Anesthesiologists and 18 CRNAs
Supervision model of 1:4 with APPs and 1:2 with residents
Diverse case mix including General, Orthopedics, Thoracic, Vascular, OB, GI, Endoscopy, and Cardiac (dedicated cardiac team)
No Trauma and No Pediatrics
Monday-Friday schedule with post-call day off
Collaborative culture that values teamwork, communication, and physician engagement
Additional compensation for residency program participation
10 weeks PTO

Qualified Candidates:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology
Eligible for or able to obtain an unrestricted Florida medical license
Interest in teaching and resident education welcomed
Strong communication and team-oriented practice style
