Position Details
Location: Lakeland, Florida
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Compensation: $525,000 year one, second year $600,000 and then partner
Partnership: 2-year track
Vacation: 8 weeks annually
Call: Favorable call schedule
Malpractice Insurance - fully covered
Full benefits package
Florida medical license - preferred but not required for application

Qualifications
MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology - required
Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program - required
Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to start - preferred but not required for application
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to delivering high quality patient centered care
