Anesthesiologist Opportunity
Opportunity for an anesthesiologist supporting not-for-profit Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital in Midlothian, VA - 20 minutes from Richmond. Case Assignments & Schedule• Schedule: No night call. Flexible scheduling for work-life balance• General surgery, cardiac, ENT, urology, vascular, orthopedic (adult and pediatric), OB, gynecologic, spine neurosurgery, pediatric, and plastic surgery.
Key Responsibilities• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and performing interventions as needed• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements• MD or DO from an accredited institution • Completion of Anesthesiology Residency • Board Eligible or Board Certified • Current medical licensure • ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
