nnnM.D. or D.O. with completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency

nnBoard-eligible or board-certified in Anesthesiology

nnCompletion of aCardiac Anesthesiology fellowshipmay be required or preferred depending on the role

nnMust meet all hospital credentialing requirements
