Anesthesiologist Position Highlights
$550,000 W2 base salary
10 weeks of vacation

The Practice Model:
Care team model with strong physician support
Max 1:4 MD-to-CRNA ratio
Stable, well-staffed group
Broad, diverse case mix including: General surgery, orthopedics (no spine), OB, endoscopy, ENT, urology, neuro, vascular, pain, and more
Mix of inpatient and outpatient procedures
Consistent daily OR and procedural volume
No cardiac or complex pediatric requirements
Shared call among physicians
Anesthesiologist Qualifications:
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Anesthesiology
Active Texas license (or ability to obtain)
