Position Overview

Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: $634,920 (W2)
Sign‑on bonus: $20,000
Relocation reimbursement: up to $10,000

Practice Environment
Location: Community Hospital of San Bernardino, CA
Scheduling: choose between a day shift with no call or weekends, or a traditional call schedule
Hours: flexible up to 55 hours per week
Case types: bread‑and‑butter cases, including GI, GYN, and General Surgery
Shifts: 10, 12, or 14‑hour shifts
Operating rooms: 3 ORs in daily operation
Qualifications
Active CA state license and DEA
Board certified or board eligible (in process)
ACLS and PALS certified
