Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a leading independent healthcare system in West Texas with the recruitment of a BC/BE Anesthesiologist. Practice & Opportunity Highlights
Employed position with a well-established healthcare system
Approximately 20,000 surgical cases annually
Broad case mix including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, ENT, GI, Urology, Vascular, OB/GYN, Plastic Surgery, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, Podiatry, Electrophysiology, and Robotic Surgery
Average of just three home calls per month
Post-call day off
EPIC electronic medical record system
Supportive, physician-led culture with a 98% physician retention rate
Qualifications, Compensation & Benefits
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
$750,000-$800,000 total compensation
10-12 weeks of paid time off
Competitive compensation package with sign-on bonus
