Job description
HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Anesthesiologist to join the established team at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson Florida.
This is a high acuity program within a Level II Trauma Center offering a diverse case mix, strong team support, and a structured schedule.
Position Highlights
Anesthesia care team with 9 anesthesiologists including 3 cardiac and 7 general and 22 CRNAs
Coverage includes 12 ORs plus EP Lab Cath Lab and Endoscopy
Approximately 9000 annual cases
Broad case mix including trauma cardiac ortho endoscopy neuro spine vascular bariatric and robotics
No pediatrics and no obstetrics
Supervision ratio of one anesthesiologist to four CRNAs
Schedule and Call
Monday through Friday schedule 7a to 5p
General call one in seven in house from 3p to 7a
Post call day off
One 24 hour Saturday and one 24 hour Sunday call per month
Additional call shifts compensated separately
