Northern Arizona Healthcare is seeking an anesthesiologist to join its experienced group at Verde Valley Medical Center. Work alongside a team of 4 anesthesiologists with varied backgrounds and experience. Our anesthesiologists work with a team of 6 CRNAs doing roughly 75% medical direction and 25% doc solo cases. If you are looking to work with an experienced group of physicians while also enjoying an excellent work/life balance, this is the opportunity for you!
Position Highlights:
Verde Valley Medical Center is a Level 4 Trauma Center with 80 beds.
75% medical direction model with CRNAs in a 1:3 ratio.
Exclusively home call, shared evenly amongst 5 physicians.

Qualifications:
Successful completion of an accredited medical school as an MD or DO
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
Sub-specialty interests or completed fellowship programs welcome
Physician must have a current, active AZ medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full medical licensure from the Arizona Board of Medical Examiners
Generous extra shift and call pay.
