Anesthesiologist – Locum Tenens | VA Contract | Albany, NY
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree (MD or DO)
1+ year of Anesthesiology experience
1+ year of Credentialing experience
Active DEA registration
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology
Valid BLS certification (ARC BLS or AHA BLS accepted)
Valid ACLS certification (AHA ACLS, ARC ALS, or ATLS accepted)
Ability to meet VA credentialing, privileging, and background requirements

Anesthesiologist – VA Contract Opportunity
Relode is seeking a qualified Anesthesiologist to support anesthesia services at the VA Medical Center. This federal healthcare assignment offers competitive compensation, a stable contract term, and the opportunity to serve Veterans in a hospital-based environment.
Position Overview
The selected Anesthesiologist will provide comprehensive anesthesia services in support of VA clinical operations. This role is ideal for a physician experienced in hospital-based anesthesia and comfortable caring for a diverse patient population.
Compensation
Proposed Rate: $415/hour
Final compensation subject to contract terms, scheduling requirements, and VA approval.
Schedule & Contract Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Coverage: Weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays (rotational), per contract requirements
Pay Transparency Compensation varies based on location, experience, and performance. Some sites require disclosure of pay and benefits.
