nEast Alabama Medical Center–Lanier is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our outpatient anesthesia team at a well-run Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). This is a rare opportunity offering excellent compensation, minimal hours, and unmatched work-life balance.
nPosition Highlights
n100% outpatient / ambulatory cases
nNo call. No nights. No weekends. No holidays. No OB
n4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) – Fridays OFF
nAverage 30-hour workweek
nACT model with medical direction 1:2 (75%) and 1:1 (25%)
nFacility has 5 ORs, running a maximum of 2–3 rooms at a time
n8 weeks of vacation for full-time physicians
nFriendly, collegial staff and efficient workflows
