Position Highlights
100% outpatient / ambulatory cases
No call. No nights. No weekends. No holidays. No OB
4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) – Fridays OFF
Average 30-hour workweek
ACT model with medical direction 1:2 (75%) and 1:1 (25%)
Facility has 5 ORs, running a maximum of 2–3 rooms at a time
8 weeks of vacation for full-time physicians
Friendly, collegial staff and efficient workflows
Case Mix
Orthopedics (regional blocks preferred)
General surgery
GI
Ophthalmology
Pediatric dental
Some pain procedures
