About the Facility
This inpatient facility operates as a Level II trauma center functioning at Level I capacity and supports a broad range of surgical services, including Level III NICU, Cardiac, ENT, GI, Neurosurgery, Oncology, Orthopedics, Pulmonary, General Surgery, Urology, and Bariatrics. The facility utilizes a care team model with CRNA support and maintains the clinical infrastructure necessary to deliver anesthesia services across multiple operating rooms. Five general full-time physician positions are available with a start date of November 1, 2026.

About the Clinician's Workday
Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a care team supervision model during day shifts at an inpatient and operating room facility in Texas, with a schedule consisting of a mix of on-site, restricted call, and unrestricted daily call including weekends; hours are to be determined. On-site responsibilities include supervising 1 to 3 ORs with CRNA support under the care team model. The surgical case mix includes Level II Trauma, Level III NICU, Cardiac, ENT, GI, Neurosurgery, Oncology, Orthopedics, Pulmonary, General Surgery, Urology, and Bariatrics procedures. Board certification in Anesthesiology is negotiable, and relevant experience is preferred; applications from clinicians at varying experience levels will be considered.
