Hospital-employed position with a team of 11 full-time anesthesiologists and 2 part-time CRNAs
Diverse case mix including general, ENT, ortho, neuro, spine, trauma, and OB anesthesia
Split practice: 40% independent cases and 60% supervision at a 1:2 ratio
Only 4 required calls per month; additional call earns extra pay
Three physicians on call each night, allowing for rest during call shifts
Residents rotate through, offering academic exposure without writing or publishing requirements
Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses available
Board-certified or board-eligible candidates considered; DEA required
