Anesthesiologist opportunity at Inspira Medical Center – LUCRATIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDING $150k start date bonus and generous PTO!! Envision Physician Services is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join our team at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland, NJ. Join our well‑established group of 12 physicians and 26 CRNAs, covering Inspira Medical Center in Vineland, Inspira Medical Center Elmer, and an Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Case Mix
OB, orthopedics, spinal, thoracic, bariatric, vascular, GYN, general surgery (No cardiac or trauma).
Schedule and Call Duties
Total number of calls: 4 per month – one weekend call per month
In‑house call with most days starting at 1500 and with a post‑call day, beeper call early out post‑call day
Night float exists – call‑free weeks

Inspira Medical Center is a 262‑bed, 441,000‑square‑foot facility built on 62.5 acres at the intersection of Routes 55 and 552 in Cumberland County, New Jersey. Anesthesia Department Overview
In‑house call Physician and Certified Registered Nursing Anesthetist.
10 Operating Rooms and 2 Endoscopy Suites, 2 Obstetrician Rooms and 10 Labor & Delivery Rooms.
Services Include: General, Bariatric, Thoracic, Vascular; very busy Orthopedics, Endo also busy; robotics, urology, gynecology, simple pediatrics, simple neurology, but busy spine.
12 Sites Annual Cases – RMC OR: 10,068, RMC Endo: 4,657, RMC OB: About 2,500 deliveries (C/Section rate 40%).
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist.
