Position
Anesthesiologist opportunity at Parrish Medical Center, Titusville, FL.
Responsibilities
Assist in directing and coordinating activities in the Anesthesia Department.
Medical management of patients rendered unconscious and/or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and other medical procedures.
Pre‑anesthesia assessment.
Obtain and/or verify patient consent.
Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient.
Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
Monitoring of patient physiological condition.
Perform clinical interventions as needed.
Requirements
M.D./D.O. degree from an accredited College of Medicine.
ECFMG and FLEX credentials.
Completion of an approved residency in anesthesia.
Current physician license.
Shift Schedule
17 weeks of days, 17 weeks of in‑house call or beeper call within 20‑30 minutes call‑back time, and 17 weeks off.
