$553K base salary, average earnings of $740K, ability to exceed $1M with no compensation cap

$30K sign-on and relocation package, up to 10% incentive opportunity, and 7 weeks PTO + CME week
100% general anesthesia, diverse case mix including pediatrics, ENT, ortho, thoracic
Physician-led practice model with no supervision responsibilities; dedicated scheduling support

Must be board certified or board eligible; fellowship training not required
