Compensation & Benefits:
$520,000 Base Salary
$61,000 Average Call Pay
$30,000 Quality Bonus
$125,000 Sign-On Bonus/Retention Bonus
$50,000 Retention Bonus after year two
Extra shifts available for additional pay
Flexible scheduling with 10 weeks off annually
Malpractice and tail coverage provided
Practice Highlights:
Level II Trauma Center with 24,000 cases annually across Main OR and three ASCs
2,700 births annually ; service lines include general surgery, trauma, cardiology, vascular, neuro, ortho, OB, pediatrics, ENT, plastics, robotics, and more
Call coverage shared equitably within the group
