GENERAL ANESTHESIOLOGIST - Youngstown, Ohio
Private Practice | W-2 $525,000 or 1099 $550,000 | 2-3 Day Work Week

A well-established, physician-led private anesthesia practice in Youngstown, Ohio is seeking a skilled General Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative team focused on exceptional patient care. You will provide anesthesia services across a diverse surgical caseload while medically supervising in-house Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists. This model allows you to practice medicine the way it should be - centered on patients rather than corporate metrics. The practice emphasizes teamwork, clinical excellence, and sustainable scheduling.
Compensation & Benefits
W-2 Option:
Base Salary: $550,000 annually
Profit Sharing: $26,000 per year
Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 for a 1 year commitment - $100,000 for a 2 year commitment
Relocation Assistance: Available
Paid Time Off: 8 weeks annually

Schedule - Both Options:
Flexible 2-3 day work week totaling 48 hours
Mix of 24, 16, and 8 hour shifts - days fully negotiable
Clinical Responsibilities
Administer anesthesia and provide continuous patient monitoring across multiple surgical specialties
Perform pre-operative evaluations, intra-operative management, and post-operative care
Medically supervise CRNAs while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality
Collaborate closely with surgeons, perioperative nurses, and the care team
Ensure thorough and compliant documentation of all anesthesia services
Case Mix & Specialties

Qualifications
MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
Active Ohio medical license or ability to obtain
