The Opportunity
Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Anesthesiology physicians.
New grads welcome to apply!
Cardiothoracic fellowship required.
ACLS required.
Current CO state license is a plus.
Dedicated CV cases or negotiable mix gen:CV if desired.
Call once per week and one weekend per month with unlimited time off.

The Practice
CommonSpirit Penrose Hospital - Colorado Springs, Colorado
Level II trauma center with over 20,000 surgical cases per year.
Over 4,000 OB cases per year.
Leap Frog A graded locations; great collaborative group.
Small bread and butter to large high acuity cases.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 - $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
