Anesthesiology Permian Basin Region - Texas

Position Highlights
Schedule Options: Option 1: M F with Call Includes 8 weeks PTO
Option 2: M F No Call / No Weekends / No Holidays Includes 8 weeks PTO
Option 3: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off Block model (160 hrs / 14 days), no call on off weeks, no relocation required
Compensation: General Anesthesia: $572,000 base pay + $100,000 sign-on bonus
Cardiac Anesthesia: $632,000 base pay + $100,000 sign-on bonus
Incentives: Student loan assistance available + full health, dental, and retirement benefits
Daily Work Flow: Mix of running personal cases and supervising CRNAs (1:4 ratio)
Average of 4 5 cases per day with no teaching components required
