• Call Type: Inpatient Cardiac Call

• Cardiac Call: December 24-28
• Holiday Call: December 24-25

• Patient Demographics: Adult Cardiac Surgical Patients
• Case Mix: Cardiac and General Anesthesia

• Trauma Level: III
• Hospital Beds: 220+
• EMR System: Epic
• Reason for Coverage: Vacation
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 Days
• Temporary Privileges: No
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Regular Rate: TBD

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• Cardiac Anesthesia
• Adult & Pediatric General Anesthesia
• Central and Arterial Lines
• PA Catheter Placement
• Bronchoscopy
• CRNA Supervision
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Active Indiana License or IMLC
• Cardiac Fellowship Trained preferred
• BC/BE
• BLS Required
• ACLS if requesting conscious sedation privileges
• Procedure Logs (12 months)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide cardiac anesthesia services
• Cover inpatient cardiac call
• Perform advanced anesthesia procedures
• Document in Epic
